I booked two nights in a Standard Room with View, hoping for something nice. When I arrived, the front desk informed me my room wasn't ready. After waiting, the room they gave me felt incredibly cramped, with no windows and concrete walls, way too claustrophobic. I asked for a different room, but the alternatives were just as disappointing. I expected a nice view like the pictures showed online. The front desk staff seemed uninterested and didn't bother to assist much. Over the two days, I dealt with machines beeping at odd hours and general noise from the lobby. Cleaning took forever, and when they did come, they didn't empty the trash bins. I ended up needing to chat with the manager, who wasn't very helpful. The location is great, but that's where the good things stopped. I ended up losing money on the second night because I didn't want to stay in that cramped space anymore, but it didn’t feel worth it at all.

I really enjoyed my stay as the coffee was delicious with two great choices to start my day, and I loved lounging by the peaceful outdoor pool! I found the small gym handy for a quick workout session. Just a heads up, the entrance could use some sprucing up, but it didn't take away from my overall comfortable experience. 😊

I had a pretty great experience at this place, the staff was super friendly and even upgraded my room to a suite with a nice little rooftop terrace when I arrived. The location is prime,, just a couple blocks from everything exciting you want to explore, and the atmosphere really feels alive.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for.

The location was a highlight, close to vibrant areas and easily accessible by public transport. Service left much to be desired. staff were unhelpful, failing to deliver pool towels and denying us a morning coffee before an early excursion. The quirky decor added a fun touch, but the lack of adequate service detracted from the overall experience.

We explored the vibrant neighborhoods nearby and ended up in fancy spots like Polanco and Roma. The hotel was super clean with a cool vibe, and the staff was incredibly helpful when we needed local tips. Pro tip, check out the cute cafes around for fresh brews!
One downside was the hotel's pet policy. They promised pet-friendly services, but I heard about a dog going missing recently, which raised some concerns.

The chic design of the place caught my eye, and the staff was welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. However, the noise from the street and other guests was disruptive, and the room key was troublesome. Improvement in soundproofing would enhance the stay significantly.
